draining so that’s why i searched for counseling i looked for a therapist um was constantly mentioned in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i like her um she always recommended it or simulated um she was sponsored by them so she would constantly promote it and i’m like you know what it was a point in my life where like i required some expert aid um simply some guidance just someone to listen to me um while i vent you know i simply required that assistance so i resembled let me give a try and um so i signed up with the month-to-month membership for about 275 dollars um and i was designated a counselor and you understand she sends out a message that essentially states like um hi welcome um tell me about yourself i sent a short introduction about who i am um why i picked for aid and um so that was that so then she sent me another response due to the fact that everything was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is quite hassle-free um despite the fact that i am in person kind of individual i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m likewise a bad texter so like this truly wasn’t for me but i still wished to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know told me.
about herself and then she told me that i could arrange our very first conference um she sent me the dates that she was available which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so everything was a week out so i sent her back an action and i was like hey i picked this date which was like among the choices that she had so she verified it she sent me like a confirmation email saying like this is your very first meeting with your therapist and what to expect and what to you understand bring and be prepared for so i was so delighted like i had journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted suggestions on or just like what i wanted to go over so the day that we’re supposed to satisfy we’re doing a virtual.
