draining so that’s why i searched for counseling i looked for a therapist um was constantly pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i love her um she constantly suggested it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i’m like you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some professional help um simply some guidance just somebody to listen to me um while i vent you understand i simply needed that aid so i was like let me give a try and um so i joined the monthly subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was assigned a therapist and you understand she sends a message that basically states like um hey there welcome um inform me about yourself i sent a brief introduction about who i am um why i picked for assistance and um so that was that so then she sent me another action due to the fact that whatever was online so it resembles messaging back and forth which is quite convenient um despite the fact that i remain in person sort of person i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this actually wasn’t for me however i still wished to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know informed me.
about herself and then she informed me that i could arrange our first meeting um she sent me the dates that she was offered which resembled a week from this time that we were talking um so everything was a week out so i sent her back a response and i resembled hey i chose this date which resembled one of the options that she had so she verified it she sent me like a confirmation email stating like this is your first conference with your therapist and what to expect and what to you understand bring and be gotten ready for so i was so delighted like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted advice on or just like what i wished to talk about so the day that we’re supposed to fulfill we’re doing a virtual.
