draining so that’s why i looked for therapy i looked for a therapist um was constantly pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i enjoy her um she constantly advised it or simulated um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i resemble you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some professional aid um just some recommendations simply someone to listen to me um while i vent you understand i simply required that aid so i was like let me give a try and um so i joined the month-to-month subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was designated a therapist and you understand she sends out a message that generally says like um hey there welcome um tell me about yourself i sent out a short intro about who i am um why i picked for assistance and um so that was that so then she sent me another action due to the fact that whatever was online so it’s like messaging backward and forward which is quite convenient um despite the fact that i am in person kind of individual i would rather be face to face with someone um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this actually wasn’t for me but i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i told her about me and things like that she you know informed me.
about herself and then she told me that i might schedule our first conference um she sent me the dates that she was offered which resembled a week from this time that we were talking um so whatever was a week out so i sent her back an action and i was like hey i chose this date which was like among the options that she had so she validated it she sent me like a confirmation e-mail stating like this is your very first conference with your therapist and what to expect and what to you know be and bring prepared for so i was so thrilled like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i desired suggestions on or similar to what i wished to talk about so the day that we’re expected to meet we’re doing a virtual.
